We use as few cookies as possible, and none for advertising. This page lists which ones we use, why, and how you can take control at any time.

Our cookie philosophy

We deliberately build Beyond Motion without classic marketing tracking. There are no advertising cookies, no Facebook/Google pixels and no retargeting scripts. What we do use is either technically necessary or explicitly opt-in.

Categories

  • Strictly necessary: Session cookies for CSRF protection, language preference and cookie-banner status. No consent required (§ 96 para. 3 TKG).
  • Audience measurement: Plausible Analytics, cookie-free and anonymised. No consent required.
  • Marketing: None. We do not use any marketing cookies.

Language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE)

So that the site remembers your language choice (DE/EN), we store a single functional cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. It contains only your selected language, serves no tracking or analytics purpose, and is not shared with third parties. As a strictly functional cookie, it requires no consent.

Managing consent

Since we do not use any cookies that require consent, there is currently no consent banner. Should that change (e.g. through third-party embeds), we will add a TCF 2.2-compliant banner.

On the browser side, you can manage, delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings.

Third parties

Beyond Motion does not embed any third-party scripts whose use would require cookies. Embedded videos are served locally; should external sources become necessary, they are loaded only after explicit consent.

Privacy
